We offer flat rate shipping for our quilts based on the destination.

Our products ship from Canada. All duties and taxes to international destination are the buyers responsibility and are not included in shipping costs. Please be aware that delays may occur during importation and can increase the estimated shipping times.

Due to the sensitive and custom nature of our products we do not accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us and we will do all we can to resolve the issue.

As part of our effort to positively impact our environment and health we do not use any synthetic fibers in our quilts. Your quilt is made from high quality Oeko-Tex certified 100% cotton fabrics, 100% natural cotton batting, cotton thread and cozy cotton flannel backing.

Follow these simple instructions and your quilt should last for generations. Machine wash separately, cold water, gentle cycle with mild detergent. If it is heavily soiled/stained it can be pretreated with an oxygen brightener, baking soda solution or a soap stick such as "Nellies". Please no chlorine bleach, harsh detergents or fabric softener. Hang quilts to dry or put them the dryer on low heat. Please no dryer sheets, we recommend wool dryer balls to control static and add softness. All our quilts are prewashed with a mild unscented detergent to prevent color bleeding before they come to you, however, they may still bleed a little for a few washes, so we recommend washing them separately at first. ​ Store all quilts away from moisture and protected from insects and rodents. Because of the natural materials in our quilts they are a favorite of little critters and moths. We recommend vacuum seal bags or air tight bins for long term storage.

If your quilt gets loved to the point of needing a patch or repair we will be happy to fix it up for free. Just Pack up your quilt and ship it to us and we will take care of the rest including the shipping costs for its trip back to you.

Matching fabrics to make repairs may not be available, but we will make sure any repairs are as cute as can be and add to the story of your quilt.

Unfortunately, we cannot repair quilts that have been damaged from being improperly washed or stored so please follow the care instructions.
